Chicken Burgers

These chicken burgers are juicy, flavorful, and perfect for grilling, roasting, or baking. Made with Classic Roasted Chicken Cookstix for a pop of flavor, this easy recipe is a great base to customize with your favorite herbs and spices, making it perfect for weeknight dinners or summer cookouts.

Chicken Burgers

Ingredients

1 pound ground chicken
1 Classic Roasted Chicken Cookstix
½ yellow onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced 
1 egg
4 buns 

Preparation

Combine ground chicken, Cookstix, onion, garlic, egg and pepper and mix gently to combine. Form into 4 4-oz patties (tip: about a half cup) and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes (or overnight) before cooking to set.  Cook on the grill, stove top or in the oven until cooked through.

Note: if you are grilling, if the burger mixture feels wet, start on a piece of tin foil and flip onto the grill once it is holding its shape. Serve with Burger Buns and your favorite veg +  condiments.
